The non-resident fee at the Utah institutions, the report states, is $55 compared with an average of J1S5 for 3S schools studied. Two state universities are lower than the Utah institutions North Dakota Da-kota with $53 and Soirth Dakota with $35; six charge fees of $300 or more and the high is New Hampshire with $360. Intermountain schools listed include in-clude Arizona with a non-resident fee of $300; Colorado. $126; Montana. Mon-tana. $300; Nevada. $J00; New Mexico. $2S0; and Wyoming, $210.
