Show PARENT TEACHER t MEETING GETS RE& ORD ATTENDANCE The first meeting of the P. Tl A. for the year was held. Monday evening in the high school auditorium audi-torium with a record attendance. Tlie high school orchestra presented present-ed two selections which were well received. Miss Norma Olsen and Kennth played a saxaphone duet lr. Nuttall, dean of education of the B. Y, U. gave an interesting talk, based on the subject, "A Square Deal for Every Child." This subject has been chosen as iJie theme around which the programs pro-grams for the year will be formed. Mrs. Horace Higgs, chairman of the program committee took charge of the meeting in the absence ab-sence of the president, Mrs. Jas. Nerdin. It was announced by Miss Dora Ilanen, chairman of the publicity committee that a frolic for the P. T. A. will be held Monday, Mon-day, October 28. The invitations to this interesting afair, being extended ex-tended to the public. This enter- ' tainment hs been aranged to raise , funds with which to conduct the i'arent-Teachers association for the ensuing year. ! |
