Show Fountain Green T. C. Thompson Dies In California Thomas C. Thompson, 72, passed away January 3- at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Russell Lund in North Hollvwood, Calif, of a heart ailment. He was born Oct. 31, 1875 in Fountain Green, a son of Thomas Thom-as and Margret Thompson. Mr. Thompson spent his early life in Fountain Green and was a prominent wool grower and stock raiser. He married Etta Draper o' Moroni in 1907 later moving to Idaho where he followed his previous occupation. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-dav Saints, hav ing filled a 2-year mission for the L. D. S. church in Wisconsin In addition to his widow he is survived by a son, Edwin .Thompson, Santa Rosa, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Lund. North Hollywood, Mrs. Alice Greenhalgh, Santa Rosa, and Mrs. E. Hancock, Emett, Ida.; a brother, George W. Thompson; two sisters, Mrs. A. H. Anderson. Salt Lake city and Mrs. Odvin Rosquist, Fountain Green, and nine grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted con-ducted Wednesday at 1 p. m. in Fountain Green by Bishop Scot' Cook. Burial was in Fountain Green cemetery. Fountain Green Citv Officials Take Oath of Office Fountain Green has received a change in city administration when the officers selected in the November election took their oath of office Monday, January 5. Heading the list is Mayor Wel-by Wel-by Aagard, with A. A. Anderson Booth Cook, Eugene Syme and E. M. Ivory as councilmen. Irvin P. Oldryod is the fifth councilman and is a holdove member.
