Show SPRING CITY I By Specicd Correspondence 1 Bishop Dean Schofield and Mont Schofield of Rupert, Idaho, came here last week to see their father, Joseph G. Schofield, who is ill. Mrs. Niels Dahl is ill at her home in Spring City. The members of the K. K. club were entertained Thursday evening eve-ning by Mrs. Curtis Allred at her home in this city. Dainty refreshments refresh-ments were served. On Wednesday afternoon Mrs. Austin Sorensen gave a party at her home where 16 lady friends and. their children were served dinner, the occasion being her birthday anniversary. Mrs. Easton Kelsey visited Friday Fri-day at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Allen Christensen at Moroni. Mr. and Mrs. Emil Olsen of Ephraim were Sunday guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Jensen at Spring City. Mr. and Mrs. Amasa Hansen and children of Salt Lake City visited over the week end with relatives in Spring City and Mt. Pleasant. Mrs. Kristie S. Beck is spending spend-ing a few weeks in California visiting with her brother, R. Strate and other relatives on the coast. Mrs. Jack Benson and two sons of Price are here visiting their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Just6S6n. Lavar Jensen, son of Mr. and Mrs. La Mont Jensen, suffered injuries to his hip while at a football game Monday at the High School at Mount Pleasant. Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Bertelsen announce the marriaige of their son, Alvin Cordell Bertelsen while home on furlough from Arkansas last Wednesday. He was married to Miss Beverly Needra, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Needra of Salt Lake City. |
