William David Rigby Is Promoted To First Class William David Kigby, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Rigby of Fair-view, Fair-view, was promoted to rank of Private First Class after graduating gradu-ating as Machinist at Class "A" Service School U. S. Naval Training Train-ing Station, Great Lakes, Illinois. He is a graduate of North Sanpete San-pete High school and attended Utah State Agricultural College at Logan, Utah. At the time oi voluntary enlistment in the Marine Ma-rine Corps he was employed as a mechanic at Hill Field in Og-den, Og-den, Utah. P.F.C. Rigby at present is stationed sta-tioned at San Diego, Califronia where he received his basic training train-ing before entering Mechanics School at Great Lakes.
