Show Moroni Personals . . . Mr. and Mrs. John Price arc rejoicing over the safe arrival of a baby girl at the Dice hospital hospi-tal on September 22nd. The mother was formerly Miss Carol Christensen of Moroni. Dor Mont Madsen left last Wednesday to attend a convention conven-tion of the New York Life Insurance In-surance representatives at Glen-wood Glen-wood Springs, Colorado. He returned re-turned home Saturday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Salisbury Salis-bury announce the engagement of their daughter, Betty, to Lee Boswcll of Nephi. The marriage mar-riage will take place in the near future. A familv reunion was held last Saturday at the home oi Mr. and Mrs. Heber Anderson, the occasion being the S3id birthdav anniversary of Mr. Anderson." An-derson." After enjoying social chat a most delicious hot dinne: was served to the following: 'President and Mrs. George M. ; Anderson, Mr. and Mrs. John j Anderson. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Christensen. Mr. and Mrs. Jam-' Jam-' es Anderson. Mrs. Mamie Bagly ; and family. Those from out-of town were: Mr. and Mrs. Don Carter and Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Everts of Mt. Pleasant. The:e were 35 in attendance. The Arc club members and wives enjoved a party at the M. H. S. building last Wednesday night. Motion pictures were shown which furnished their entertainment, en-tertainment, after which delicious delici-ous refreshments were served. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Christensen of Escondo, California, and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Jarctt of Ephraim were guests last week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James Larson. Mrs. Andreas Sorenson returned return-ed home from Oakland, Calif, last week after spending a most delightful three weeks with her daughter, Anna and husband, Dr. and Mrs. Lionel Lewis. She made the trip by plane and enjoyed i - very much. |
