Saxer, aimer camp surgeorj, who was transferred January the eighth ti Monticello, Utah, was relieved by Dr. W. P. Winter; of Mt. Pleasant, ' who is readily proving hirriself very j capable. Although Dr. Winters has been at camp only a short time, ' he has made many friends among the fellows and the officers as well. Bad colds have caused con tderable slewing up of the work projects, and the camt hospital is full.
