Show SPEING CITY By Special Correspondence The local woolgrowers went to the m-untains Tuesday to bring the -amfcs down and send them to market. Most of the growers have contracted their lamb crop at eight to eight and a fourth cents a pound. Mrs. Olive Coleman and Mrs. Minnie Barney attended conference at Salt Lake City and are now visiting lela.ives in the Capitol City. Avon Barney of Delta visited relatives here over the weekend. Mis. Lewis Black is ill at her Borne here. Miss Helen Watson of Park City visit. d here last weekend with her la.her, William E. Watson. Heinz Lai sen and Fred Allred, who have' had employment with the Dese.e. Livestock Company for several mcnths, have returned home. Alien Fcx of Salt Lake City was a guest the first part of the present pres-ent week at the Daniel Jens.n home here. Mr. and Mis. Joseph Beck and Osmer H. Beck, Everett Strate and family. Chris. Ian Sorensen and daughter and many other Spring City people attended the State Fair in Salt Lake City the past week. Claude Acord, Clintcn Black, Dean Allred, Charles and LeGrand Puzey motored to and enjoyed a visit in Salt Lake City Sunday. Mrs. Delone Carlsen and daughter daugh-ter Elverr.a visited relatives at Eureka last Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Easton Kelsey are visitors in Salt Lake City this week. |
