Show Moves Against War The problem of preventing war is a complex, one that will not. be solved for many years. In fact, so long as economic inequalities exi.se or sco:al aind racial differences affect af-fect mankind there is danger of conflict. However, war may be made less likely by taking away the profit motive and making it a burden to be shared by all citizens. For that reason we call attention to a recent declaration; by John Taylor, legislative legisla-tive representative of the American Legion, who says the next national convention will advocate stiff penalties pen-alties for profiteering and a universal univer-sal draft law. |
