Show State Board of Heath Favors Clean-Up Program Backed by the Utah State Board of Health and the State Junior Chamber of Commerce, local city ar:d tewn officials are transforming Tjtah highways and towns into beauty spots and healthful places. More than one hundred and fifty communities of the state are con-aucting con-aucting clean-up drive:..
