Show Cancer Claims Life of Mrs. Thomas Clitheroe at Provo Word was received here Tuesday morning by Mr. Harry Clitheroe that his daughter-in-law, Mrs. Gal Showalter Clitheroe, 37, wife of Thomas Clitheroe of Provd, had passed away at her home there folowing a lingering illness of cancer. can-cer. Mrs. Clitheroe was the daughter of Mrs. Blanche Showalter and the late J. B. Showalter of Pang-uitch, Pang-uitch, where she was born July 18, 1896, and where she grew to womanhood. wom-anhood. After graduating from the Garfield Gar-field high school, she was married to . Thomas Clitheroe in November iof 1919. About a year after their marriage, they moved to Mt. Pleas- I ant. where they lived for several j years before removing to Provo. II Surviving are the mother, of Pan-quitch; Pan-quitch; her husband; two children, Jay B. and Marjorie Ann, and the following brothers and sisters: J. C. I and Victor Showalter. Mrs. Leah ; Sargent, Mrs. Nellie Goulding, Mrs. ! Ada Henrie and Mrs. Blanche Hen- rie, all of Panguitch, and L. Clark Showalter of Beaver. ! Funeral services and interment ! were in Provo. . , |
