Show Elma Larsen Passes Away Elnil Anderson Larsen, 22, wife of ReX A Larsen, died at a Salt L:.k-h-spital at noon Saturday f ro r. plications following ohlld hirt.i I May 24th. i .jrs Larsen was born July 4, 191C, ! at Mona, Utah, a daughter of A. H. and Ella S..epird Anderson. With I her parents she made her home in ! Morcni where 'her father was a 4 I teacher hi the Moroni High School. i 1 m 1919 the family moved to Mt. ! pleasant where saae has since resid-I resid-I !. Her father is the principal of t Nxth Sanpete Stake Seminary at'Mt. Pleasant, Mrs. Larsen was a graduate cf the North Sanpete High School. She 1 was a student at the Sonlw College at Ephraim, during 1934-35; the Bri..a..Ti Young University, Provo, owing the year 1935-36, where she was active in the Les Ceciliennes Social Unit; 'and the Utah Agricul-! Agricul-! tural College, Logan, during the year 1936-37. Mrs. Larsen was popular with the younger social groups througih-t througih-t out toe state. She was active In 1 the various auxiliary organizations of the Church and worked as a teacher in toe Primary Association. She was outstanding in i-H Club work as a girl. She was married to Rex A Larsen Lar-sen of Fairview, Sept. 22, 1937, in the Manti Temple. With, her husband hus-band she went to the U. S. A. C. following fol-lowing their marriage, from which institution he was graduated in 1938. During the past year she has been with her husband at Provo, where j; he has been doing graduate work, k She is survived by her husband; u her infant daiugnter, Cheryl; her 1 parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Ander-i Ander-i son; four brothers, H. Reese Ander-I Ander-I son, Ross S. Anderson, Ralph' and Keith Anderson, all of Mt. Pleasant south Ward chapel under the direc- Ition of Bishop Andrejtv L. Peterson. The choir sang the opening song, lii "I KikIjv; That My Redeemer Lives," Jh with Ralph Hafen singing the solo U 1 Prt. Toe opening prayer was offered of-fered by Elder C. V. Howell of Fair- , view. The choir sa.ng, "My Faith in Thee," with Miss Lois Jensen sing- ing the solo part. Foiixer President S. M. Nielsen read Resolutions from the Gospel S Doctrine Class. Elder Vem H. Gun-derson Gun-derson and Patriarch Arthur O. Neilson paid tribute to her memory. lp j Charles Schmidt sang a solo, "Be-t)v "Be-t)v yend The Da.wn." Elder C. W. Sorensen Sor-ensen and Dr. Lynn Bennion of I Salt Lake City paid tribute her memory. The closing song, "Though Deeply) Deep-ly) ning Trials" was rendered by the choir. Pleasnat U City cemetery undier the direction of fce Jacobs Moreuary with Preside, Presi-de, dent H. C. Jacobs dedicating the Hi grave.
