Members of t' e Townsend Second Congressional District Advisory Board have decided to hold their their annual convention con-vention at the Legion Hall, 402 So. West Temple, on Friday, July 17, with sessions at 2 and 7:30 P. M. Speakers will be reprerentatives from labor, city, county and state officials, also a grand ball and floor show. The convention committee con sists. of A. Sorenson, chairman, Rose McNally, D.T. Davis, Fannie Winn. Wesl y Jacques, Other committees are, Caroline Folkerson chairman Ball aud Tickets; Rose MjNully. chair-nan chair-nan Reception, Fannie Winn Marguerete Thomas, Elizabeth Sorenson, R. P. Jensen. Program Pro-gram Sadie Herron. A. Sorenson Sor-enson was named temporary chairman and Fannie Winn tem porary secretary of convention. |
