Hilton of Denver because of his conduct during the Hillstrom episode is not denied by officers of the Utah State Unr association, although no formal action hns been taken yet. Members of the supreme court have considered instituting disbnrment proceedings based on nllcgcd unprofessional conduct on tho pnrt of Hilton as counsel for Hillstrom, but their plans nrc not matured. Herbert H. MacMillnn, president of the bar association, said yesterday that the matter would bo left to thu grievance committee commit-tee of the association.
