Sewer Problems Occupy Time At Council Meeting The major part of the time at Monday night's city council meeting meet-ing was spent in problems incident to the city sewer system, sorm to be constructed. Lauren W. Gibbs, financial expert from Salt Lake City, met with the council and explained the preliminary measures meas-ures necessary in ecuring easements ease-ments through private property. Don Hales, representing the Har-ley-Western Gas Company, was awarded the contract for supplying supply-ing gasoline and oils for the city-owned city-owned vehicles for the year 1955. Afton Proctor was granted a license for the operation of Bill's Tavern. Ed Paxton was given permission permis-sion to open the Red Hut on Highway 91, as a Cafe. Mr. Paxton plans to do extensive remodeling before the establishment is reopened re-opened for business.
