Show Lewis Harmer Appointed City Recorder Lewis J. Harmer, Bishop of the First ward and cost accountant for Pleasant Grove Canning Co., was appointed Pleasant Grove City Recorder at ths city council meeting last Monday night. He succeeds City Recorder Millen D. Radmall, -whose resignation becomes be-comes effective May 31. Mr. Harmer was appointed by unanimous vote of, the council-men, council-men, upon -motion of Paul Ford.-ham, Ford.-ham, seconded by Clifford Hales. Police Chief Glen Newman presented a plan for the re-arranging of the city hall to provide pro-vide for ambulance parking, moving mov-ing of the city Jail to the ground floor and providing new quarters for the Police Dept.
