Show Central School News Central School is in full swing, with class work and other activities. activi-ties. On Monday school opened with 21 teachers and an enrollment of 730 pupils. Three new teachers are in the group this year, Janice Morrisey, Kindergarten, Mrs. Alice Waki, formerly of Honolulu, second grade and Ruth Pruitt Stott, 3rd grade. Also new in the third grade is Mrs. Geraldine Hunter, and Mrs. Janet Paul Pulsipher, who is back again after a leave of absence. The building is fresh and completely com-pletely renovated. Some new eqiup-ment eqiup-ment has been added, new chairs and tables for the 1st grade, new desks an dchairs for the second grade. The Central school will hold their own fair for the children today to-day (Friday). There will be flowers, flow-ers, fruits, farm and garden products, pro-ducts, hobbies, dolls and any handicraft hand-icraft which the youngsters wish to bring. |
