Show (JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOC, jBafile Creekg ! Breeze 8 BY K. B. Attended both sessions of Conference Con-ference last Sunday and can truthfully truth-fully say they were outstanding. The principal reason being, that the young people were featured on the programs. The music of the Grove Ward girls chorus and the Second Ward choir was considerably above average for such groups, largely because of the artistic blending of youthful voices. The directors, Mrs. Ellna Clark and Mr. Ford Paulson, are to be congratulated. Years of experience with thousands thous-ands of your people has taught me that there are no boys or girls who are fundamentally bad. They behave abnormally sometimes because be-cause of twisted attitudes and warped ideals. We should always al-ways remember ,that behind every delinquent boy or girl, there stands one or more delinquent adults. Normal boys and girls ask only for an opportunity to express themselves in the things they can do best, and wise leadership will provide them this opportunity. The best way to interest young people in worthwhile things is to let them do some of them. |
