Show Funeral Held For Pearl Olsen Bertin Funeral services for Mrs. Pearl Olsen Bertin 53, were conducted Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the American Fork 4th ward chapel, with Bishop Stewart Durrant officiating. Warren Anderson offered the opening prayer. The speakers were L. M. Atwood, Former Bishop Lot Robinson and Bishop Durrant. Dur-rant. Music included a duet by George and Ivan Monson, accompanied by Mrs. W. W. Warnick; a ladies trio "My Testimony" Affra Nelson, Margaret Gardiner, Mildred Mech-am, Mech-am, and vocal solo, "Ere The Sun Goes Down" sung by Ray Shelley, accompanied by 'Mrs. Irene Ellison. Elli-son. Thomas Hanson pronounced the bendiction and Ethan Peay dedicated dedi-cated the grave in the American Fork City Cemetery. Mrs. Bertin died of a stroke on Wednesday, at 10.35 a. m. at her home. She was born Aug. 22, 1896 in Pleasant Grove, a daughter of Andrew An-drew and Annie Lundquist Olsen. She attended Pleasant Grove schools. She was married to Hary Bertin, Ber-tin, Jan. 28, 1918, in Provo. They made their home in American Fork. Mrs. Bertin was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Surviving are Mr. Bertin, American Amer-ican Fork; three daughters, Mrs. Clyde (Thelma) Carson and Mrs. Roy (Awton) Fryer both of American Am-erican Fork, and Mrs. Larry (Hazel) (Haz-el) Wirtschafter, Miami Beach, Fla., four grandchildren, one of whom, Marie Warburton, she reared rear-ed from infancy; her father, Andrew An-drew Olsen, Pleasant Grove; five brothers and one sister: Roy, Earl, and Joseph Olsen, Pleasant Grove; i Ray J. Olsen, Provo; Leonard Olsen, Ol-sen, Magna and Mrs. Ray Jacklin, American Fork. Funeral arrangements will be announced an-nounced when word is received from Florida survivors. Among the local relatives attending at-tending the funeral of Mrs. Pearl O. Bertin at American Fork on Tuesday were Andrew Olson, Roy and Earl Olson; Joseph Olson, Helen Hel-en Olson, Donna and Jay Olson, Leonard Olson and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Olson and Mr. and Mrs. Glen Olson now of Provo; L.
