Show Southerly right of way line of old highway U. S. No. 91, which point is West 350.2 feet, thence North 19 35' West 892.2 feet from the Southeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW of Section 20, Township 5 South, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, and running thence North 19 35' West 162.5 feet. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,, approval and publication. Passed this 19th day of April, 1948. BULLOCK, City Recorder- AN ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TO THE LOS ANGELES & SALT LAKE RAILROAD COMPANY, (UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, LESSEE), ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS THE RIGHT TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A STANDARD GAUGE RAILROAD RAIL-ROAD SPUR TRACK OVER AND ACROSS THE LINE OF FORMER HIGHWAY U. S. 91 AS IT EXTENDS THROUGH PLEASANT GROVE CITY, U-TAH U-TAH COUNTY, UTAH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT GROVE CITY, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH: Section 1. That the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company (Union Pacific Railroad Company, Lessee), its successors and assigns, be and the same is hereby granted the right to construct, operate and maintain a standard gauge railroad rail-road spur track over and across old highway U. S. No. 91 as it extends ex-tends through Pleasant Grove City, Utah County, Utah, the location of the center line of said spur track where it is proposed to cross said old highway U. S. No. 91 being along the line heretofore used by the Salt Lake & Utah Railroad Company in crossing said street at said point, and being more particularly par-ticularly shown in yellow upon the print which is made a part of the petition requesting this ordinance and franchise for said spur track, the description of the center line of said spur track as it crosses said old highway U.
