The finished products of these plants will make possible the location in Utah of copper fabricating fab-ricating plants. These plants will have favorable advantage over At a cost of $6,800,000 the A-merican A-merican Smelting and Refining Company will construct at Garfield, Gar-field, Utah, a Sulphuric Acid plant with a capacity of 500 tons per day which will employ seventy-five seventy-five men. ; Work Starts on Pipe Line The million dollar pipe laying project now under way will, when completed, transport oil from Rangely Field, just over the Utah line in Colorado, to the new Standard Stand-ard Oil Company Refinery in North Salt Lake. The 180-mile pipeline is being laid by two different diff-erent crews oneworking west of Rangely Field and the other 1 east of Salt Lake City. Eight and ten-inch pipe is being used.
