Show LOCAL NEWS Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Gullimore of Provo visited Tuesday a nn their daughter. Mrs. Florence C. Croft and family. Mr. and Mrs. William Pearce have returned from Los Angeles, ' California where -they have spent several weeks with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Halliday on Friday evening attended a birthday birth-day party in Salt Lake City honoring hon-oring Mrs. Halliday's sister, Mrs. Wyma Taylor. Stake Cleric and Mrs. E. Ray Brown entertained at dinner Sunday Sun-day following the morning session of conference, with covers laid for Elder Albert E. Bowen of the Council of Twelve, President and Mrs. Merrill N. Warnick, President and Mrs. Vilace Radmall, President and Mrs. Lewis Olpin, Mr. and Mrs. L. M. Atwood and the host and hostess. On Wednesday Mrs. Ford West attended the Woolgrowers auxiliary auxil-iary tea at the Governor's Mansion in Salt Lake City. Mrs. West was the guest of her-sister, Mrs. Dell Smith of American Fork. Others in the group were Mrs. Mary Chip-man, Chip-man, Mrs. Vivian Nichols and Mrs. Viola Chipman. Later the ladies-of the party enjoyed dinner at Hotel Utah and attended the style show at Auerbachs. Thursday evening the same group attended the national nat-ional convention and style show. |
