Show ANNUAL DISTRICT ! COURT OF HONOR MEETS ON SUNDAY Earl J. Glade To Be Guest Speaker Timpanogos District, Utah National Nat-ional Parks Council, Boy Scouts of America will hold its annual Court of Honor on Sunday February Feb-ruary 1. at 7:30 P.M. in the First ward LDS chapel according to George W. Larson. Awards will be made in every grade of scouting, from first class to Eagle, Aces, Gold and Silver Palms, and other special and exceptional ex-ceptional awards. Every ward in Timpanogos stake will be represented repres-ented in some field. Principal speaker of the evening will be Mayor Earl J. Glade of Salt Lake City. Floyd Loveridge, assistant executive exec-utive and others will also be present. pres-ent. The Pleasant Grove High school Boys Glee Club, will be in attendance attend-ance and other fine program numbers num-bers are arranged. Mrs. Glade Peterson, Mrs. Grace Chipman, and Mrs. Dorothea Smith, while Misses Irene Chipman and Deanna Wadley received the j gifts at the door. Mrs. Startup. Provo caterer, provided pro-vided the tasty refreshments. Mrs. Ruth McMillan. Mrs. Mary Peterson, Peter-son, Mrs. Maxine Adamson, Mrs. Helen Wadley and Mrs. Ruth Cob-' Cob-' bley served. The young couple were married by President David O. McKay. Accompanying Ac-companying them and witnessing the ceremony were the groom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Peterson Pet-erson and the bride's grandparents Mr. and Mrs. R. D. Wadley. They will live in Lehi. where their new home is prepared for occupancy. |
