Show Nathaniel West Family Enjoys Reunion Saturday The family of Mr. and Mrs. Nat-aniel Nat-aniel West enjoyed a very successful success-ful reunion Saturday evening May 4 in the Manila ward recreation hall. The party had a three fold signifigence, honoring the 81st birthday of Mrs. West, honoring Mr. and Mrs. Bryan West of Philadelphia Phil-adelphia and also 15 members of the family who have relumed from the armed services. They are as follows: Col. J. W. West, Major E. R. West, SSgt. Glen Durrant, SSgt. Dean Gordon, Cadet Elroy H. West, Chaplain Bryant Badger, Sgt. Dick Ellis, Sgt. Everett West, F 1C Mickey Taylor, Joe Thorne of the Sea Bees, S.K.D. 2C Bryan West, Lt. Norman E. W,iliams. Chief Vor.man Ahman, Sgt. George Melinus, Chemist Melvln Maloof. Luncheon was enjoyed by SO guests, at 6 o'clock and was followed follow-ed by a program as follows. Community singing, led by Bryan West accompanied by Mrs. Reva Ahman, Piano solo, Helen West, voca duet, Vance, Joe and Ann West, accompaied by their mother, Mrs. Vance West, tribute to the honored guests, Mrs. Geneva W. Warnick, vocal solo, Harriet West, accompanied by Mrs. Elroy R. West, reading; Beverly w- Swenson, Swen-son, piano solo, Diane Thorne, remarks, re-marks, by David A. West. Out of town guests present were, Mr. and Mrs. Bryan West ofphil-adelphia, ofphil-adelphia, Mr. and Mrs. J. W. West, Mr. and Mrs. David A. West, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Ellis, Mr. and Mrs. Bryant C. Badger and Mr. and Mrs. Richard West and daughter Palsy, all of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Keith Warnick and three sons of Franklin, Idaho, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Frumpton and three children of Provo and Mr. and Mi's. George Millnus of Los Angeles. |
