Show Cadmus Club Holds Meeting Monday Eve. On Monday evening, November 4, at 8 o'clock the Cadmus Club met at the home of Mrs. Rose Hillman, where the group were entertained by Beulah Bradley, who talked on the subject, Guatemala Guat-emala and the Mayan Indian Culture. Cul-ture. President Sytha W. Johnson, who conducted tpe meeting, read a poem from her collection called, call-ed, "How Much are you worth?" Rose HJll'man, legislative menv-ber menv-ber of the 'dub, read and discussed discuss-ed amendments numiber 1 and2, ancT'6 ali'cT'T, and urged all -dub-members to vote. President Johnson then turned the time over to Carol Jaynes, chairman of the educational committee, com-mittee, who explained briefly the Latin American program being stuaiea uy tne group liiih yeai , as an introduction to the program pro-gram of the evening. Laura Cromar read the Club Prayer. Light refreshments were served by the hostess. ,A special guest was Mrs. Deane Paulson. It was announced that the next meeting is to be held November IS at the home of Glenna Ivers, where Ora Thorne will review the book Simon Bolivar, Equator of South America. ' |
