Show American Fork News Mrs. Wilford O. Nelson has gone to Illinois, where she will be with her husband as long as he is stationed a his present camp. Mrs. William Laursen and Mrs. Lester Kirk were Salt Lake City viistors Saturday. Mrs. Martha Hayward is spending spend-ing a month in the northwest, where she will visit with her son, Fred, and family, and in Seattle with another son, Sergeant Ser-geant Wilson Hayward. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Wilcox and son, Lieutenant Clifford, of Salt Lake City, and Mr. and Mrs. Karl Myers of Bingham, visited vis-ited here with relatives on Sunday. Sun-day. Lieutenant Wilcox recently graduated from Spence field, Ga., has been home on furlough but left Thursday for a new base in Florida. Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Rhodes are leaving this week for Al-hambra, Al-hambra, Cal., where they will spend the Christmas holidays at the home of their son. Glen Rhodes, and family. They will be joined for Christmas by Lieutenant Lieuten-ant Don Rhodes, who is at Camp Haan, and by Darrell Rhodes, who is stationed at Treasure island, San Francisco. Mrs. Lige Chipman was hostess host-ess to the H. B. Ladies Saturday Satur-day afternoon for a bridge luncheon. lun-cheon. Attending were Mrs. Owen Humphries, Mrs. Frank Brown, Mrs. Ernest Hindley Jr., Mrs. W. R. Madsen, Mrs. Alton Storrs and Mrs. Rulon Peterson of Lehi. Mrs. Humphries won the prize for high score. |
