Show Turkey Dinner Enjoyed By Jaycee Club The regular Jaycee meeting was held Wednesday evening at the Alpine Al-pine Grill. Besides enjoying a delicious del-icious Turkey dinner, regular business bus-iness of the club was transacted. During the evening, a watch was passed around for the Jaycees to admire, and finally came to rest in the hands of Clifton Wadley, newest Jaycees recruit for selling the most tickets in the band concert con-cert sponsored by the Jaycees. Second and third place ties went to Clarence Hurst and Gerald Belliston, who will receive an airplane air-plane ride donated by Keith Jacobs. Jac-obs. The Christmas program was reported re-ported on by Chairman Eugene Harvey, and by Earl Woolley, in charge of lights and music. Earl reports that with some work Sunday at 2 o'clock, at which he requests some assistance, the lights are all installed. On this Sunday work project the skating rink lights are also to be finished, so all Jaycees who are available should come out and help with these two worthwhile projects. |
