Show Utah Poultry Producers Issue Dividend An estimated 25,000 patrons of the Utah Poultry Producers Cooperative Co-operative Association will share In a $100,000 patronage refund $53,000 to be received this week, while the balance will be held in reserve, to be distributed later, declares Mr. C. K. Ferre, assistant assist-ant secretary. This action, by the board of directors, benefits all of the Association's feed patrons who have made purchases during the year 1942, regardless to the quan- ! tity of feed purchased, continues Mr. Ferre. This refund, he states, is unique in that it will be handled somewhat differently than the various feed, egg storage, stor-age, and miscellaneous allocations alloca-tions of the past. Says Mr. Ferre, "It will be streamlined to be in harmony with wartime policies. For instance: paper will be conserved. Checks are to be issued only in amounts of $1.00 and up, while amounts less than $1.00 will be paid by cash at any of the Cooperative's 26 branches. Then, too, the procedure pro-cedure will save labor in the accounting ac-counting department." Mr. Ferre commented that this particular patronage refund, coming as it does two weeks before be-fore Christmas, could be ideally used in Christmas shopping 1 nvirr.h?ircwar bonds aid stamps as presentsT lio1 thtir is a worthwhile thought!
