Ward To Observe 39th 'Birthday'; Events Planned Sunday, July 14, will mark the thirty-ninth anniversary of the Second Sec-ond ward, and in observance of the event, special programs will be held in the ward, Bishop Joseph H. Storrs said this week. The bishopric desires especially to call attention to the fast day exercises ex-ercises to be conducted at 11 a. m., and the Mutual Improvement association asso-ciation program in the evening, Bishop Storrs said. Tuesday, July 16, will be Second ward day at Mutual Dell, and for this occasion a special program is being arranged. The people of the ward are urged to lay all else aside, and take part with the other ward members in this get-together in the canyon. Further details will be announced next week.
