Show Services Held For Small Daughter Funeral services for Barbara Morton, Mor-ton, four year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Laurence Morton were held in the Second ward chapel last Sunday Sun-day afternoon commencing at 4 o'clock. The child died in Rock j Springs, Wyoming, the Thursday morning previous. Bishop Joseph H. Storrs was in charge of thel services which, were well attended. There also were many lovely floral tributes reflecting reflect-ing the love for the little one and the deep sympathy for the bereaved relatives. The first selection was "Sometime We'll Understand" rendered by the Relief Society chorus, after which John Robinson offered the invocation. invoca-tion. A violin solo bv Leland Pri- day followed. Bishop Lot Robinson was the first speaker, and following his remarks Mrs. Ora Chipman and Moral D. Steele sang "Some Sweet Day". The other speakers were Eugene Olson of Provo and Bishop Joseph H. Storrs. After the remarks of Mr. Olson, Ray Shelley sang "Your Sweet Little Rosebud Has Left You" and the closing musical number was "I Need Thee Every Hour" by the Relief Society chorus. The benediction benedic-tion was pronounced by Lenard S. Harrington. Interment was made in the City cemetery where the grave was dedicated dedi-cated by Charles Pitts of Provo. I n |
