Show Clyde Gillman Injured In Auto Accident Clyde Gillman, former president of the Lindon-Orem Dairy Company, but for the past year field manager of the Salt Lake Milk Distributors Association, met with a painful accident ac-cident late Sunday evening- His left foot was broken and he suffered a slight fracture of the skull and severe se-vere cuts about his shoulder, neck and face- The accident occurred when he fell asleep for a few seconds sec-onds while driving and his car ran straight into a telephone pole- The flying glass caused the cuts on his face- He was picked up by passing motorists in an unconscious condition condi-tion at 3 a. m. Monday morning and taken to the Salt Lake general hospital. hos-pital. Mr. Gillman was born and raised in Lindon, but moved to Salt Lake City about a year ago. He wras suffering suf-fering with a severe cold when the accident happened and physicians advised him to remain in the hospital hos-pital until all danger of pneumonia ! had passed. At last reports he was improving and expects to join Ins family in a few days. His car was badly damaged. |
