Show Billiard License Question In City Court City Judge Seastrand will have the matter of determining who owns the Leonard Jackson-M. C. Robinson Robin-son billiard hall license and if the license can be moved from one location lo-cation to another when this case is heard in city court this morning. It appears from information available previous to the trial that Robinson and Jackson were operating operat-ing a pool hall under a license m Jackson's name. Differences have arisen and Jackson now wants to or already has moved out and is opening open-ing a billiard hall in another location loca-tion under the same license. The problem now arises 'as to whether or not the city can close the Robinson billiard hall and whether or not they shoud recognize the Jackson license as applying to the new hall. The case will be argued at 10 a. m. this morning in the city hall. o- |
