Show P. G.-Lehi Game Is Headliner Of Alpine Division With both teams playing championship-caliber games, Provo high school's Bulldogs and the Vikings from Pleasant Grove decided the tie for first place in the Alpine division standings, when the visitors turned in a 36 to 28 win over the local team, Friday night. The basketball public expected fireworks when the two previously undefeated teams met, and their expectations ex-pectations were fulfilled. The game was hard-fought throughout, providing pro-viding plenty of thrills for the fans. The local team played an outstanding outstand-ing game, and had the "breaks" been different, might have been the victors. vic-tors. At any rate, the Vikings will be out to retrieve their basketball fortunes, and will be looking forward to the second game with the Bulldogs, Bull-dogs, which will be a chance to make up for Friday night's loss.
