Fugal and Mrs. Rulon Brimhall visited Sunday with relatives in Payson. Bernard Walker, who is attending school in Washington, D. C, has been visiting the past week with his parents, Mr- and Mrs. J. The Misses Edna and Lucille Fugal Fu-gal returned last Tuesday from a trip to California While there they visited the fair at San Diego and enjoyed a trip to Catilina Island. Mrs- Niels Fugal and daughter, Edna, motored to Nampa, Idaho last Wednesday and remained until Sunday. Sun-day. They returned home Sunday night, bring their daughter and sister, sis-ter, Melba Fugal Goch, and baby with them for a short visit. .Mr. and Mrs. Howard Mathews and Mr. and Mrs- Golden Peay entertained en-tertained at a midnight luncheon at the Matthews home Saturday night after the dance at the Apollo hall in American Fork. Following Fol-lowing the ceremony they were guests of Mr. and Mrs- Donald Els- Mrs- Berly West, who slipped and fell in her door yard about a month ago and was taken to the hospital in Salt Lake City .returned home the first of the week. Mrs. West has spent part of the past summer with her daughter in Salt Lake City. She is much improved in health and is able to care for herself. George Cleyet of Paris, France, came to the United States on business busi-ness for the Paris Chamber of Commerce- He made business talks on the New York and Washington C. of C. and points of interest in other eastern cities. He will be the guest of his sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. J. Mrs. Martin Walker and daughters, daugh-ters, Mrs. Jane Elsmore of Salt Lake City, Mrs. Eltha Rawlings of Provo, Mrs- Leda Anderson of American Fork, and Mrs. Vida Lyst-rup of Vineyard entertained at a miscellaneous miscel-laneous shower Friday evening at the Elizabeth Baxter home in Orem in honor of Mrs. Inez Walker Colledge. Col-ledge. who was married on October 7. The evening was spent in games and social chat- Dainty refreshments refresh-ments were served to fifty guests.
