Johnson ? - ' " 1 t f I ' - V R -1 M ii r k McKay Johnson, 2:i, of Pleasant Grove, died Jan. 27, 1989 at the Cottonwood Hospital of injuries suffered in an automobile accident. He was born May 2, 19t!5 in Provo, a son of Hovle Eldon and Lola Lorraine Fowlke Johnson. He spent his entire life in Pleasant Grove, attending schools there and graduating from Pleasant Grove High School, where he was active in athletics. He continued his education at Utah Valley Community Com-munity College, studying refrigeration and air conditioning He was employed at father, Royle Johnson, Pleasant Grove; his mother, Lola Lorraine Hill, Pleasant Grove; three brothers and one sister: Gregory Royle Johnson, Orem; Anthony An-thony David Johnson, Michael Eldon Johnson and Julie Ann Johnson, all of Pleasant Grove; grandparents, Eldon and Maymetta Johnson, Pleasant Grove; Lola Fowlke, Orem. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Feb. l, at 11 a.m. in the Manila 5th Ward, 1800 N. 100 West, Pleasant Grove. Friends may call one hour prior to , the service. I Burial will be in the ' Pleasant Grove City j Cemetery. j jj Wayne E. Hansen, Iji 85, of American Fork, former resident of Cop-perton, Cop-perton, died Sunday, Jan. 29, 1989 in Lehi. He was born June 1 23, 1903 in American Fork to Richard H. and Margaret E. Thornton Hansen. He married Leona Logsdon, Jan. 16, 1924, in the Salt La'ke LDS Temple. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held the w office of high priest. He had served as ward clerk, elders quorum president and as a member of the bishop- in ric while living in Cop-perton. Cop-perton. He and his wife 6 served a temple mission mis-sion in the Provo ently known as Tim-panogos Tim-panogos Cave. He is survived by his wife, American Fork; one daughter, Mrs. Don (Joyce) Crump, Pleasant Grove; eight grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Lola Mills, Pearl Miller, both of American Fork; Zella Nesbitt, Salt Lake City. A daughter, Janice Gillman preceded pre-ceded him in death. Funeral will be Wednesday, 2 p.m. at the American Fork 16th Ward. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to service. serv-ice. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. Surviving are his Temple. He had been employed em-ployed at Kennecott Copper for 45 years living liv-ing in Copperton during dur-ing that time. Kelley j - Dr. George Reimschussel 1 Eustace D. Kelley 70, the best plumber ir the world, died Jan. 27. 1989 at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center following a stroke. He was born Jan. 15, 1919 in Blandville, W. Va., a son of Jerry and Bessie Jackson Kelley. He married Margret Sutton Dec. 20, 1943 in Russell, Ky. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army. He moved to Utah in 1946 to work at the Geneva Steel Plant, where he was employed for 35 years. He was also self-employed, self-employed, doing Kelley, Robert Kelley, Becky Davis, Kevin Kelley, Jeri Kelley, Kimberly Robinson, Brett Lee Kelley, Mark Kelley and Nancy I Kelley; 29 grandchildren; grand-children; a brother and three sisters: Bud Kelley, Pauline Caf-fardo, Caf-fardo, Onnollie Kraus and Babe Wandstreet, , all of Pennsylvania. 1 Funeral services I were held Tuesday, I Jan. 31, in the Pleasant Grove 5th Ward. Surviving are his wile; seven daughters and five sons: Beth Kortman, Chris Kelley, Lynda Slater, Jim Dr. George Carl k Reimschussel, 69, died 3 Jan. 29, 1989 at his home in Roy. He was born in Poischwitz, Germany Dec. 20, 1919, the son of Hugo Julius and Marie Ruderisch Reimschussel. Reim-schussel. He married Eileen Shurtliff Feb. 2, 1944 in the Salt Lake )LDS Temple. He came to America at the age of five and 1 graduated from American Fork High ' School in 1938. He received his B.A. in music from BYU in 1946 and his DDS from Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 1950. He is a veteran of World War II where he served in the navy, -j. He was the first J dentist in Roy, where he practiced for 38 years. He was named Roy's Outstanding Citizen in 1987 and was a member of the Kiwanis Club. He was vice president and secretarytreasurer of the Weber District j those he worked with. Surviving ae his wife of Roy; two sons and two daughters: Dr. Ronald G. Reimschussel, Reim-schussel, Riverdale; Mrs. David E. (Juleen) Boothe, North Ogden; J Paul S. Reimschussel, . Phoeniz, Ariz.; Mrs. Gregory M. (Janette) Duffin, Roy; 10 grandchildren. grand-children. Also surviving are five brothers and one sister: Mrs. Robert (Helen) Anderson and Ernest, Provo; Walter, Pleasant Grove; Willy, Spanish Fork; Helmut and Leo, American Fork. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister. Services will be held Thursday, Feb. 2, at the Roy 5th Ward, 2100 W. 5300 S., Roy, at 11 a.m. Friends may call at Myers Mortuary, 5865 S. 1900 Roy, Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. or at the chapel one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Roy City Cemetery. Calvin G. Fox Dental Society and a lifetime member of the American and Utah State Dental Associations. An accomplished violinist, he performed for many church and civic functions. He served an LDS mission to the Northern States and was an active high priest in the Roy 5th Ward. He served as branch president, bishop, counselor and stake president of the Roy Utah Stake and held many other stake and ward callings. He was born July 12, 1918 in Lehi, the son of Robert S. and Adela Goates Fox. He married Marian R. Lambert Dec. 23, 1938 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was a high priest in the Lehi 3rd Ward. Other church positions included Sunday School president, ward clerk, gospel doctrine teacher and a dedicated home teacher. I Lehi where he served as union president.
