OCR Text	Show Cheese cake tarts 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese ' i cup sugar 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs Place a vanilla wafer (flat side on top) in a cupcake cup. Mix above ingredients and whip until smooth and creamy. Spoon batter on wafers and fill cup about full. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Take from oven and cool. When cool, top with pie filling. Makes about 40.
