Show Garth Fisher to open A.F. Hospital Week On Monday, May 11, at 1 p.m., Garth Fisher, BYU professor and fitness expert, will kick off Hospital Week at American Fork Hospital. Monday has been set aside as Senior Celebration Day at the hospital, and therefore his lecture will be entitled, "Fit After Fifty." Other Senior Citizen functions have been scheduled for that day. Free gifts and surprises will be given to all participants. A series of free screenings will be held from 2 to 4:30 p.m.: blood pressure checks, hearing screenings, blood glucose monitoring (for best results, fast four hours beforehand) and respiratory screenings. Also, from 2 to 4:30 p.m., American Fork Hospital will be holding free clinics: foot clinic, prescription counseling and insuranceMedicare in-suranceMedicare counseling.
