Said construction is to be in accordance with Drawings and Specifications and other Contract Documents prepared by Thurgood and Associates, Con sulting Engineers, 1680 West 820 North, Provo, Utah 84601. 1.1.02 OPENING: Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. (local time) on June 3, 1986 in the City Council Chambers, Lindon City Corporation, 383 West Lake View Road, Lindon, Utah 84062. 1.1.03 OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUM-ENTS: Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents may be obtained upon application at the office of Thurgood and Associates, 1680 West 820 North, provo, Utah 84601 after 10:00 a.m. on June 21, 1986. A non-refundable deposit of $10 will be required for each set of plans ob-tained. Notice of public hearing Notice is hereby given that the Lindon Redevelopment Agency will hold a public hearing on its annual budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1986 and ending June 30, 1987 on June 4, 1986 at 7 p.m. The hearing will be held at Lindon City Hall, 383 West Lakeview Road, Lin-don, Utah. All in-terested persons will be 'given an opportunity to be heard. The proposed budget will be presented for con-sideration and approval of the Agency. The proposed budget will be available for public inspection at the Lindon City offices during regular business hours for three days prior to the commencement of the public hearing. E. The second would require a bond ffor the curb, gutter and sidewalk when a time extension is granted for later installation. Citizens are invited to comment on these ordinances and on other ideas relating to the installation of curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements.
