And while you're there, you can even rent a movie for viewing when you get home and relax. Wolfe, Director of i' Operations of Central Distributing, of which the American Fork firm is part of the chain. "Our delicatessen features items found in California and New York deli's - items we believe both residents and visitors to the area will enjoy," Mr. Wolfe said. "We are a neighborhood food store, first, and a gas station, second," Mr. Wolfe commented. "We have eliminated video games and substituted video cassette rentals," he noted, with over 200 titles available. Movies are rotated to make sure a good selection is available at all times in both VHS and Beta. The unique design of the store has attracted national attention, and has been rated as "state of the art" by top magazines in the trade. Further stores of the same design are planned for Salt Lake and Ogden. "We have had a good response from the community since opening here," Mr. Wolfe said. No stranger to the area, he has Mr. G's in Pleasant Grove, Provo and Spanish Fork. Brent Brown is the manager of the American Fork store, and the firm has 17 full-time employees.
