FORK CITY, UTAH. ', BE IT ORDAINED l! BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF AMERICAN FORK, UTAH: PART I 1 That Section of the Code as enacted by Ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows: D. Structural Quality -- - Fire Separation -- Variances. 1. All structures if proposed for conversion shall conform to all applicable provisions of ' the Uniform Building Code in effect at the time of application. , , 2. Regardless of any other provision to the contrary, each separate unit within a multi-un- it structure shall be separated from each adjacent unit by walls and or ceilings having a fire rating of two hours J or more. 3. In making its recom-mendation to the Council on any such request for variance, the Planning Com-mission shall give due consideration to the recommendations of the Building Inspector, City Engineer, Fire Department or other affected agency. PART II Hereafter these amendments shall be construed as a part of the Development Code of American Fork City, Utah, to the same effect as if originally a part thereof,' and all provisions of said Code shall be applicable thereto, including, but not limited to, the en-forcement, violation, and penalty provision thereof.
