Those burning trash , should have plenty of water and manpower available in case the fire should spread unexpectedly, unex-pectedly, Chief Johnson said. No burning is allowed from July 1 to October 1 because of high fire danger, the chief added. Burning should only take place in an open area away from homes, buildings or sheds, animals, dry grass, and trees, Chief Johnson noted. |
