Show Rodeo Queen Entrants Sought With Pleasant Grove's Strawberry Days celebration just under two months -away, the Strawberry Days Rodeo Queen will be selected at a contest to be held Saturday, May 30, at 7:30 p.m. at the Rodeo Arena in Pleasant Grove. All girls 16 years and older are urged to compete for the title. Girls who have held this title in the past are the only ones not eligible. There is no restriction on where a girl lives. Included in the evening's events will be calf riding and roping for young cowboys. Girls are asked to contact Tom Anderson or Jim Green for registration forms for the queen contest. |
