Healey, D.M.D. former Salt LakeCity resident and recent graduate of the University of Oregon Dental School has returned to Utah to establish a family oriented dental care practice. He is now in the process of remodel-ing the former Orchid Shop located at 530 North State Street in Lindon and his phone number is 785-058- Area residents can take advantage of the new office in late August. Prior to entering the Dental School, Healey graduated from Portland State Univer-sity with a Bachelor's Degree i Microbiology ana received a Public Health Certificate. He comes highly qualified and was even the reci-pient of the American College of Stomotological Surgeon's Award. Dr. Healey married Tamralyn Tolman, daughter of Marlow and Jinx Tolman, long time residents of Lin-don. Tamralyn graduated from Plea- - sant Grove High Schc4' and Utah State Technical College as a dental assistant and will join her husband in the family business. Dr. Healey intends to provide all types of dental services other than orthodontics. Funeral Rites Set Today for Lindon Man Robert Lindley Wil-liamson, 745 W. Lakeview Road, Lin-don, died Monday, Ju-ly 28 1980 at the Utah Valley Hospital. Funeral services will be held today at 11 a.m. in the Lindon Se-cond Ward Chapel, 275 E. 500 S., Lindon. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery. BABY CONTEST WINNERS Pictures of mothers and kids who won the baby contest around July 4, were furnished by the P.G. Rec. Dept. However, when called they did not know who was who. They're cute. Rec. Dept. Announces Baby Contest Winners they were all cute and we congradulate each and every one of you for your participation. Pleasant Grove City Recreation is happy to annonce the winners of their pre-4t- h of July baby contest. The con-test was held at the Recreation building to kick off the 4th of July in Pleasant Grove. One judge comments: "if you want to have a choice experience be a judge at a baby con-test. All of the babies were so cute and all had special qualities that you could see. How do you chose babies one with another." Well 25 babies were judged in the following areas and the winners were as follows: Overall Girl - Angela Coons, Overall boy Clint Nay. Prettiest Eyes Girl Danille Smith, Pret-tiest Eyes Boy - John Wesley. Cutest Smile girl Mary Louise Jorgensen, Cutest Smile Boy - Daniel Larsen. All our babies are really winners because Funeral Rites Held Last Saturday for Elsie Draper Funeral services for Elsie Spenlove Draper were held Saturday, July 26 at 11 a.m. in the Olpin Family Mor-tuary Chapel, under the direction of Bishop Iowa Hall. Mrs. Draper, a for-mer PI. Grove resident, died Monday, July 21 at Aranas Pass, Texas. Speaker at the ser-vices was Bishop Hall, and Larry Draper gave remarks. A life sketch was given by Carma King. Musical numbers were given by Ronald Strong and June Beck, who sang a vocal duet, accompanied by Don-na Strong, and by Michael King, who sang a vocal solo, ac-companied by Sharlyn Lloyd. Prayers were given by David Terry, Jerry King and Bernell Watkins, and the grave in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery was dedicated by Verrill Draper. Pallbearers were Alden and Clyde Draper, David and Dennis Terry, Randy Nielsen and Craig Chilton. Elsie S. Draper was born Sept. 21, 1980 in Birmingham, England to Alfred and Harriet Winspier Spenlove. She married Zira Poulson Draper on Mar. 30, 1910 in the Salt Lake Temple. He died Aug. 4, 1959. Survivors include five daughters and two sons, Mrs. Edna Elsie Lalby, Mrs. Stella Stallings, both of San Leandro, Calif.; Alden H. Draper, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Zelda Terry, Pleasant Grove; Clyde B. Draper, Las Vegas; Mrs. Elva Bromley, Aranas Pass, Tex.; Mrs. Leah Younker, Wanachie, Wash.; 17 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren. Two sons preceded her in death. Former P.G. Resident Inez Bush Is Buried In Salt Lake Inez Bush, 82, died July 18, 1980 in Salt Lake City at the home of her daughter. She was born Oct. 24, 1897 in Springville to Chauncey and Ida Mae Pack Whiting. She married James Abram Bush Sept. 20, 1920 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Dec. 5, 1925. She was a member of the LDS Church and a Relief Society Teacher for 16 years in Plea-sant Grove. She lived in Pleasant Grove until 1944. She also lived in Ogden and Salt Lake City. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Lewis A. (Evelyn) Wood, Salt Lake City, Mrs. Bruce F. (Lucille) Hampel, Ogden. Also surviving are ten grandchildren and seven great grand-children. Funeral services were held Saturday, July 21 at 1 p.m. at the Deseret Mortuary, Salt Lake City. Inter-ment was in the Plea-sant Grove City Cem-etery. Rec. Dept. to Register For Pre-Fa- ll School Soon The Pleasant Grove Recreation Depart-ment will be registrating for their fall l, starting this week. The tickets for Lagoon are $6.00 for an all day pass on rides and swimming. Tickets for the bus trip up and back cost $3.00 So for a total of $9 you can have a fun time at lagoon. If you are excited about going, you must sign up by July 31st at 5 p.m. The bus will be cancelled if we do not get 120 people to sign up. The discount on Lagoon Tickets only applies if we bring 100 or more people with us, so hurry and make this one of your recreation experiences. Local Boys Participate In Track Meet On the 28th of June, the 1980 State Her-she- y Track and Field meet was held. Several individuals, both young men and women, participated and did a super job. The individuals that placed 1st in the dif-ferent events will go to the National Finals held in Huntinton, West Virginia on August 14-1- We are proud of those who participated in this program and hope that many more will participate next year. Phi Beta Lambda is the national organiza-tion for post secondary and college students interested in preparing for careers in business and business educa-tion. The organization is headquartered in Washington, D.C. and has close to 8,000 chapters in the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Canal Zone. Total member-ship is close to 185,000 with approximately 1,300 PBL students and advisors attending this year's conference.
