Show Public Notice The Pleasant Grove City Council is presently reviewing a policy which would require that all streets in subdivisions which formerly were allowed to be improved as half streets be improved as full width streets. This would require the asphalt to be the full width of the street but not require installation in-stallation of curb, gutter and sidewalks on the side of the street not owned by the developer. To reimburse the developer for his extra costs in asphalting the full width of the road it is proposed to record the costs of installing the asphalt and when the property on the other side of the subdivision is developed that payment be made to the city, which would then be paid to the first developer for reimbursement of his costs. It is felt by the city council that the property owner opposite op-posite the developing piece of property benefit from the asphalting of the full width of the road and that reimbursement reimbur-sement should be provided the individual who initially installs in-stalls this improvement. Anyone wishing to review this proposed policy or make suggestios to it are invited to contact the community development office at the city hall.
