Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS : The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to exchange water in Utah County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Location in SLB&M. Exch. 902 (55 Area) Sundance Development Corporation, P.O. Box 832, Provo, Utah 84601, seeks the right to exchange 25.725 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Provo River Decree, Civil No. 2888. The water has been diverted from Provo River at a point S. 1944 ft. and E. 511 ft. from NV4 Cor. Sec. 25, T6S, R2E; and used for irrigation of 7.35 acs. in N'2-NE', N'2-NE', Sec. 2 T7S, R2E. Hereafter, 25.725 ac. ft. of water is to be released into Provo River at a point same as heretofore, and 25.725 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from nine springs in North Fork Provo River at points: (1) S. 2182 ft. and E. 2753 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 14; (2) S. 3004 ft. and W. 3988 ft. ; (3) S. 3399 ft. and W. 4011 ft.; (4) S. 3231 ft. and W. 4110 ft.; (5) S. 2859 ft. and W. 3821 ft.; (6) S. 2721 ft. and W. 3798 ft.; (7) S. 1550 ft. and W. 4060 ft. ; (8) S. 855 ft. and W. 585 ft.; (9) S. 4650 ft. and W. 450 ft., all from NE Cor., Sec. 15, all T5S, R3E (3 mi. from Provo River) ; and used for domestic and commercial purposes in the operation of the Sundance Resort and its support facilities, and for limited stock-watering stock-watering purposes of 30 horses i during the summer tourist j season.
