Show Thursday, December 26, 1974 PLEASANT GROVE REVIEW, PLEASANT GROVE, UTAH Thursday, December 26, 1 974 Cadmus Club, Husbands Hold Christmas Party at Bungalow usher in the friendly holiday festivities. Alton Atkinson and Lucille Hillman as hostesses had placed at each setting homemade candies and fashioned them into colorful and certainly tasty favors. Cadmus Club members with their husbands as guests held their annual Christmas party at the Bungalow Reception Center Wednesday evening. After the sumptuous dinner, Donna Walker of the Education Committee introduced Robert, Steven and Lynn Walker. These talented young men are the sons of Elaine and Jess Walker. Their presentation "The Gift of Song" touched all of our hearts as they entertained us with songs and the spoken word. Elaine skillfully enhanced the program with her rendition of "The Boy Who Laughed at Santa." Jess expertly wove into the song and dialogue choice bits from loved authors as well as inserting bits of his own philossphy. The calm sweet spirit of Christmas was evident not only in the hearts of the listeners but in the sweet, happy faces of the grandchildren as they blended their voices with their fathers in perfect harmony. This was a most delightful experience to SHEAF OF GRAIM A SCAMDl!
