Show Funeral Rites for Delpha W. Forsyth Held on Tuesday Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 30, for Delpha Williams Forsyth, 48, who died last Thursday in the Utah Valley Val-ley Hospital after a long illness. The services were conducted by William Harris, counselor in the Eighth Ward bishopric, and were held at 11 a.m. in the Pleasant Grove Stake House. Speakers at the funeral were Lena Wilson and Clifford Hales Family prayer was given by Craig Forsyth ann invocation by Milton Jacob. Terry Jenkins gave the benediction. The dedication dedi-cation of the grave in the Pro-vo Pro-vo City Cemetery was given by Pres. T. Aidie Adams. Musical numbers were an opening op-ening song by the congregation, an organ and piano duet played play-ed by Terry and Irene Jenkins and a vocal trio Patricia Seely, Beverly Christeson and Alice Myers, accompanied by Mrs. Jenkins. Pallbearers were Brent Moosman, Paul Schoonover, Gary Ridge, Rex Wilson, Earl Matthews, and Marry McCorm-ick. McCorm-ick. Flowers were cared for by the Eighth Ward Relief Society. Mrs. Forsyth was born Sept. 25, 1923 in Cedar City, a daughter daugh-ter of Reese James and Ruth Taylor Williams. She married Victor C. Forsyth Oct. 9, 1942 in the Salt Lake Temple. She was a member of the Pleasant Grove Eighth Ward. Mrs. Forsyth was a beautician beautic-ian in the Pleasant Grove area for five years. Survivors include her hus-oand, hus-oand, Pleasant Grove, three sons and one daughter, Clark Forsyth, Springville ; Craig For- syth, Reese Forsyth, both PI. Grove; Rosemary Forsyth, Orem; Or-em; four grandchildren, one brother and one sister, Karl Williams, and Mrs. Ralph (Norma (Nor-ma )Startup, both of Orem, her mother, Provo. |
