Show Adult High School Registration Set For Next Tuesday Registration for the fall term of the Adult High School of Alpine Al-pine School District will be held Tuesday, Sept. 2, at 7 p.m. in the Pleasant Grove High School room 11. Classes in English, American Problems, Practical Mathematics, Mathema-tics, General Science, Reading Improvement and Typewriting will be offered. Other classes will be organized if there is a sufficient number of interested students. The fall term will run from Sept. 2, 1969 to Jan. 23, 1970. One-half unit of credit will be given for each course successfully suc-cessfully completed during the first semester. Registration fee for each one-half unit of credit for adults twenty-two years of age and older will be $10. Those 21 years of age and younger may register for all classes for a total of $10. Textbooks and other supplies needed for the classes must be furnished by the student. Students new to the Adult High School are urged to bring a transcript of previously earned earn-ed credit with them at the time of registration. Adults desiring additional information in-formation concerning registration registra-tion should make inquiries at the Alpine School District Administrative Ad-ministrative Office or contact a member of the committee for the Adult High School, which is composed of Don Overly, supervisor sup-ervisor of Senior High Schools ; Dean T. Worlton, director of pupil personnel, and Ellen W. Brown, director of adult education. |
