She is a 5 ft. 3 in senior with blonde hair and green eyes. She has been class president, student council, class secretary and a member of Thespian Society, So-ciety, Honor Society and a band member. She plans to attend BYU and take the 2-year Nursing Nurs-ing course. She would like to work at Primary Children's Hospital. Elenna Harper Elenna Harper is the daughter daugh-ter of Max and Helen Harper. She is a 5 ft. 1 in. senior with light brown hair and hazel eyes She is studentbody secretary, a member of the Ski Club, Pep Club and GAA. She is chairman chair-man of the Dress Committee for the school. She hopes to attend at-tend Weber State, or Dixie College, Col-lege, and wants to be an air line stewardess or a nurse. t Cindy Johnson 3 Cindy Johnson is the daughter daugh-ter of James W. and Adalia D. Johnson. She is a 5 ft 4 in senior sen-ior with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is Pep Club historian, Big and Little Sister Club officer, of-ficer, candidate for Girls' State and has been on the honor roll all through high school. She plans to attend the BYU in the field of Child Development and Family Relations. Janene Christiansen Janene Christiansen is the daughter of Malcolm and Ida Mae R. Christiansen. She is a 5 ft. 1 in. senior with brown hair and blue-green eyes. She has been in GAA, secretary of the Seminary, 4-H club work, honor representative in Seminary Semin-ary class, and on the honor roll. She plans to attend BYU and go into the field of business. With KCPX disc jockey Johnny John-ny Rider emceeing the program the Junior Miss Pageant will be held at the Pleasant Grove High School auditorium Saturday Satur-day evening, under the direction direc-tion of the Pleasant Grove Jay-cees. Jay-cees. Twenty Pleasant Grove High School girls are signed up to contest for the title of Junior Miss for Pleasant Grove. Chairman Dennis Ruffell and his committee urge everyone to come out and see a very entertaining pageant and see the Junior Miss selected. Following is the last seven of the twenty candidates. Darrelyn Christensen Miss Darrelyn Christensen is a daughter of John V. and Wan-za Wan-za M. Christensen. She is a 5 ft. senior with brown hair and green eyes. She is in the Thespian Thes-pian Club, and she plans on attending the BYU. Cindy Thayne Cindy Thayne is the daughter daugh-ter of Ernest L. and Annie M. Thayne. She is a 5 ft 7 in. senior sen-ior with red hair and blue eyes. She is a member of the Thespian and Ski Club. She plans to attend Ricks College, and would like to major in child psychology. Melissa Patch Melissa Patch is the daughter daugh-ter of Dr. Robert C. and Adon-na Adon-na A. Patch. She is a 5 ft. 3 in. senior with dark brown hair and hazel eyes. She was a Girls Stater, Ski Club secretary, secre-tary, president of the Big and Little Sister Club, Jr. Varsity cheerleader and a member of Pleasant Grove Swimming team.
