Show Former Resident Dies At 96 Martha Annice H Hayward Hayward Hayward Hay- Hay ward 96 of of American Fork died in an Orem rest home Aug 11 of natural causes SHE WAS born July 27 n 1875 in Salt Lake City to Joseph and Mary Ann Green Hep- Hep worth She married Charles Edward Hayward March 8 1894 in the Salt Lake Temple SHE WAS raised in Bountiful Bountiful ful but lived in Salt Lake after aCter her marriage until they had two children They lived in Bountiful until 1922 when they moved to Spanish Fork later to Burley Ida They came cam cameto to merican American Fork April 1933 where he died July 12 of meningitis the same year She worked as a matron Corten for Cor forten forten ten years at the State TrainIng Training Training Train Train- ing School SHE JOINED Relief Society in 1902 and was a visiting teacher many years and has worked in all the other church organizations including choir She taught Visiting Teachers Teacher's message a long time resigning resigning resigning resign resign- ing at age 85 She has made many quilts rugs pillow cases many crocheted crocheted cro cro- and knitted articles and MRS HAYWARD had 13 children children children chil chil- dren daughter Martha died as asa asa asa a child Ray in 1960 and Bryan in 1968 Survivors sons and daughters daughters daughters daugh daugh- Mrs Mary H.
